[MoFA] Ambassadorial Report On Spain

Spain is a country available in game.

This report is mainly based on my dealings so far with the Spanish CP, a certain Z-something-11.

It appears that the Spanish CP is incredibly slow and inactive, as he did not reply to my message opening diplomatic relations within ten minutes. As we all know, ten minutes is the standard time frame in which high-level diplomacy must be responded to, lest we have any less than razor-sharp response times to a crisis.

Was he asleep?

The Spanish are known for their siestas.

My verdict?

He's one to watch out for, El Presidente Appleby. One minute he could be online helping us set DOs and COs and the next minute, he could be snoozing.

I also hypothesize that he might not be a real-life Spainiard, as he apparently did not understand the message I painstakingly undertook to translate into Spanish for his ease of reading.
