See above the accounts for the last month.

In summary:

We came in $4965 below budget which is due to taking in about $5000 less in taxes than expected.

We have 1 MPP more than anticipated.

RBA
Alot of you will have seen that funds have gone missing from the RBA to the tune of $2.1million. I have contacted the current CP about 5 days ago to ticket the admins as they informed me that the information can only be given to the CP, however I have not had a response yet.

The only people that I'm aware of with the details to access the Org are myself and the current CP.

This is a very serious and just awful situation, but we should remain somewhat hopeful that we will find whoever took the money.

Budget
Finally, I haven't included next month's budget as that will be the job of the next MoF whoever they are. I will of course brief them on our current financial situation regarding Taxes, Org Rental etc. I haven't seen a cabinet list from any of the candidates nor have I been asked to continue, so I'll be asking the new CP to get their new MoF to contact me.

That statement means you have new pass for January. Did you change it or it was Raphael Saints?

Last week Raphael shows no activity. Most likely he will not log in soon.

It is the same as changing your own password. But since you didn't change the pass should means you have a new one provided by Raphael in the beginning of the term. Have you checked if the new one still works?

He has been active. If you look at your media, you have a new citizen Keenan.jamesm who was eborn on the 3rd of Feb, he has Raphael as an efriend. So for that to happen it would be either from his referral or from adding him (which means he would of had to log in to accept the friend)

Anyone who has true email can reset the pass. I'm assuming when transfers of ownership of RBA occur this is looked at also. Clicking forgot pass is also very easy. And means if that hasn't been done, your investigation just got a bit wider...

Admin with have an amazing lack of sympathy if someone who could access it did and took the money. Also amazing this has happened so many times before and still happens due to this kind of stuff (should be ingrained as part of a CP induction for anyone taking the role).

Yeah, hopefully. Though when that theft I looked at yonks back it was through the MM and was like getting blood from a stone. All they did was confirm it wasn't the same IP as the accused. Suppose the question is whether the two who can currently access the org still can with the password they originally set - if it was changed then you would think neither the mof or cp would have been able to get in without resetting it themselves. Then it does come down to who had the password if not just them.

I wouldn't even have a clue who has the email account of the setup.

When ever I took over, I have always just reset the passwords via the edit screen. But that email thingy is something that always played in my mind.

Emails got changed quite recently. I think it got done when BDR had his break down.

The holder of the true email will go back as far as when eAus took the Dictatorship back from BS. Start looking at the original eAus Dictators if that is the case.

It will more-so tie in with current events as opposed to looking back too far.

Bottom line really is - was the password changed and neither the CP nor MOF could access the account when the money went missing or not. If they could still get in then the password wasn't reset - so, other then the MOF or CP who had access to the passwords? If no one else then CP/MOF, please explain.

In future needs to be clear a new incoming CP should change both the email AND the password.
