[MoD] Day 3,296 - Restart of training war with Sweden

It is time to restart the training war with Sweden. As before, the regions to be used for the training war are Hovedstaden and Sjaelland. Hovedstaden has already been liberated and Sjaelland is in the process of being liberated.
I have proposed a natural enemy law against Sweden and the the Swedish CP has done the same against Denmark. As I proposed the natural enemy law first, Denmark will have the initiative. We will be attacking Scania, Sweden will defend successfully and counterattack. From her the training war will simply be Sweden conquering Hovedstaden and Sjaelland and Denmark liberating the regions - repeat.

Notice that we are also doing a determination reset in the regions of Jutland - Germany has proposed Denmark as natural enemy.
