[MoD] Day 3,279 - NE Germany

As you might have noticed I have proposed a natural enemy law against Germany.
While reseting determination in the regions Germany are renting to Poland, Poland happened to take Syddanmark. However Syddanmark was quickly libereated and we suddenly had a region on our hands.

We are going to use this to get us a couple of relaxed, friendly battles and earn some TP. We will start out by attacking Germany.
