Beste burgers van eNederland,

In het kader van het te verhogen transparantie niveau, presenteert het Ministerie van Cultuur en Propaganda de volgende oplossing. Wij zijn van mening dat de problematiek omtrent transparantie een gebrek aan wisselwerking betreft tussen enerzijds de eNederlandse bevolking en anderzijds de eNederlandse overheid.

Kordak I zal haar uiterste best doen dit proces te doorbreken, door informatie te verstrekken waar nodig, maar darnaast ook onze burgers de gelegenheid te geven zelf de interactie met de overheid op te zoeken, met uiteindelijk aanvullende transparantie ten gevolge.

Daarom presenteert het Ministerie ''Vraag! Uw Regering''. Elke burger kan een vraag inzenden aan de regering, een ministerie en/of leden van de regering. Elke maandag, beginnend 17-02-2014, zullen alle vragen met hun relevante antwoorden worden gepubliceerd.

Helaas hebben wij deze week slechts één vraag mogen ontvangen, wel te verstaan van Daniel Parker:

''eNL zit op een ruime voorraad goud en NLG. Gaat deze regering programmas ontwikkelen om te investeren hiermee?''

Het Ministerie van Propaganda heeft contact opgenomen met het Ministerie van Financiën en de President om informatie hierover te vergaren. Naast het oppotten van een royaal gedeelte voor dagelijks gebruik en voor in de toekomst, zijn er ook enkele grootschalige voorstellen in de planning:

- Het meest belangrijke is een voorstel gericht op de toekomst van de ''communes'', plaatsen waar de bevolking voor het werk beloond word met wapens in plaats van met salaris, wat vaak vele malen voordeliger uitkomt. Minister van Financiën Weekstrom heeft een zeer uitgebreid en onderbouwd voorstel gedaan dat van de eNederlandse communes een succesvol project kan maken. - Een ander grootschalig project is een systeem waarbij de eNL regering nieuwe spelers gaat helpen met het upgraden van hun trainings facilities, zodat zij sneller en efficiënter sterkere spelers worden. Dear citizens of the eNetherlands,

Within the context of increasing transparency of the eDutch government, the Ministry of Culture and Propaganda presents you the following solution. We believe the issue of transparency is one of (a lack) reciprocity between the eDutch population on one side, and the eDutch government at the other side.

Kordak I will actively pursue to break this process, by giving out governmental information when needed, but on the other hand by giving and stimulating our population the option to actively interact with their government, which may include seeking information and improving transparency as final result.

Therefore the Ministry introduces ''Ask! Your Government''. Each citizen can send in a question to the government, ministries and/or governmental officials. Each Monday, starting the 17th of February, all questions will their answers will be published.

Sadly we only received one question this week, sent in by Daniel Parker:

'' The eNetherlands are with a large reserve of gold and NLG. Is this government going to launch schemes to invest these stocks? ''

The Ministry of Propaganda has been in contact with the Ministry of Finances and with the Country President regarding the question. Except for stocking a large part of it for use day-to-day use and for in the future there are a few large projects in the planning:

- Most importantly there is a proposal regarding the future of the ''communes'', where the population can work for weapons instead of salary (which turns out to be a lot more cheaper). Minister of Finances Weekstrom had published a very informative proposal which might make the eDutch communes a healthy system again. His proposal can be read here: http://tinyurl.com/nu7jmu9

- Another large project is a system in which the eDutch government shall help new players with the upgrading of their training facilities, so that they can become stronger players more easily and more efficiently.
