[MoCH] Cultural Awards: Artist of the Year

The Cultural Awards is a once a year event to honor those that have protected, maintained, and improved the eJapanese Community and Culture. eJapan has had a rough year, but through these rough times there have been some players willing to step up and do their best for the benefit of eJapan. This event is here to recognize those players and to remember their hard work.

Our third category "Artist of the Year" is now open for nominations. This category is for the people who have shown their artistic capabilities in their newspapers, avatar frames, logos, and more in the community of eJapan, helping to give an image to our culture. Thank you to all those that will take the time to support these hard working citizens, the MoCH, and the 3rd Annual Cultural Awards.
