[IR-MoFA#1] All Around the World:Fired Chile,Russia and Orion (EN/FA)

Hello and greetings to all dear readers
Well, It’s an honor that I am at your service as MoFA this month once again. First, it is necessary to thank the honorable CP for his trust and all friends who regarded me till now. I will try to announce you the affairs regarding to this ministry and the latest news around the world, in a series of articles. And in the end, this month, one of the emerging talents of eIran, Saeed, will act in the ministry as my trainee and assistant. I hope in the future he would be one the best MoFAs of eIran with his gifts and efforts.

Iran
Well, as you know, Brazil couldn’t continue his presence in the north of our borders on the Armenian and Georgian regions because of some difficulties and finaly obliged to leave Middle East. Here, I’d like to gratitude all Brazil helps to us and cooperation since the last two terms ago.
But on the other hand as you know fortunately with consultations taken place, two other allies, Serbia and Peru prepared to enter our northern borders for helping us. So Serbia stroke Georgia from the air and Peru to Armenia, and with advance in their core regions they could successfully occupy Turkey and Georgia.
Now, with presence of Serbia and Peru in the zone, temporarily our 3-month war with Turkey has finished, but Iran always will be ready and would stand against any kind of violation to her core regions by all means.
At the moment Iran is helping her allies in the region by all force. O7

Chile were kicked from the central Europe by the cooperation of Serbia,Romania,Slovenia and France
With presence of Chile in Europe for the sake of helping Italy against Slovenia, Central Europe again involved in tough and important wars. Two weeks ago, Chile’s government after the failure on prepared Austria as target of a AS in the northern borders of Slovenia, forced to choose Switzerland and air striked to this country. In the following, with the assault to Slovenia’s Italian colonies, Chile conflicted with this member of the Asteria. In the beginning, Chile succeed to Seize Italian northern states out of the hands of Slovenia and reach to main borders of Slovenia too. But this wasn’t the end and because of Latin American NAP, Argentina was not able to directly enter the war against Chile, so Romania came to help Slovenia with airstriked to Switzerland.

Asteria officially entered a full scale war against Chile with the success of Romanian paratroopers in landing beside the Chile’s borders. Thus Serbia and Romania invaded Chile directly and on the other hand, a serial of RWs launched in the Chilean Latin American and Oceanian colonies.Also, The Moldova`s Government proposed the Chilean Capital as a Air strike in orther to more drained Chilean damages and also distraced their mindful from their European important wars.
Finally, with the failure of Chile in entering in France (because of remarkable resistance of French fighters), this country kicked from Europe once again.
In the following, at the moment Slovenia and Romania have proposed NE to Italy and for now they try to occupying this country once again.

The war between Russia & Ukraine
More than three weeks ago Ukraine launched Natural Enemy law against Russia. We could speculate it's about the real life animosity between the nations. The first campaign taking place in Moscow was a heavily contested one as the Ukrainians had the element of surprise.
In the end Russia managed to defend the region successfully as the whole alliance along with multitude of friends rallied in support of the Russians in face of an unilateral aggression.
Facing an inescapable defeat, the Ukrainian Minister of Foreign Affairs proposed to transform the conflict into a training war a while back. The Russian representatives gladly agreed to it as they had no intention of continuing a war that was deemed unnecessary and real life motivated from the start.
However, the Ukrainian soldiers did not approve the idea of a training war and continued to fight hard, hence the real war continued.
After that once again Russian CP suggest to transform the conflict into a training war but that suggestion wasn`t accepted too.

Finaly Russia and Ukraine sign a peace treaty between each others who This NAP is valid for 90 days. Also By signing this NAP, Ukraine and Russia declare the end of the war between two countries. They are not pretending to core regions of each other. All the military activity is turning to Training war and War (NE) must be closed as soon as game mechanics allows to do that.
At last I want to say that, Iran will stand beside Russia and will help its northern ally as much as her can.

Orion
A few days ago Swedish government declared in the Orion’s meeting that his country isn’t desired to stay in this alliance anymore because of some difficulties and at last they leaved the alliance and went to Pacifica. Presence of Sweden neighbor and ally, Finland, in this alliance definitely had a great role in the Sweden’s decision. But with all this, Iran willing to maintain this friendly relationship with Sweden and as past, continue her military and diplomatic relationship with this country too.
On the other hand, Lithuania became the trial member of the Orion with the integrated votes for a month. I’d like to congratulate Lithuania here and from the Iranian nation for her presence in Orion.
Also our Orion’s other ally, France, succeed to defend her freedom and lands against invaded Chile and Mexico in the few past days. First, France defended her regions against Chile and then failed the Mexican airstrike to his lands and thus, she defended Europe against them. Iran will congratulate this success to Frenches people.

با سلام و وقت بخیر خدمت تمامی خوانندگان عزیز
خب این ماه افتخار این رو دارم که بار دیگه به عنوان وزیر امور خارجه در خدمت شما باشم.اول از همه لازم میبینم که از اعتماد رئیس جمهور محترم و تمامی دوستانی که به من در طول این مدت لطف داشتند،تشکر کنم.سعی خواهم کرد که در طول این ماه با انتشار یک سری مقالات شما عزیزان را در جریان امور مربوط به این وزارت خانه و همچنین جدیدترین اخبار دنیا قرار بدهم. همچنین در این ماه یکی از استعدادهای نوظهور ایران یعنی سعید به عنوان دستیار و کاراموز من در وزارت امور خارجه فعالیت خواهد کرد.امیدوارم اقا سعید با تلاش و استعداد سرشار خودش بتونه در اینده به یکی از بهترین موفاهای ایران تبدیل بشه

ایران
خب همانطوری که میدونید ماه گذشته دولت برزیل به دلیل برخی مشکلات از ادامه حضور در شمال مرزهای ما واقع در ایالات ارمنستان و گرجستان باز موند و مجبور به خروج از خاورمیانه شد.دوست دارم از همینجا بابت تمام کمکها و همکاری های برزیل با ما در طول دو ماه گذشته تشکر و قدردانی کنم
ولیکن خوشبختانه و از طرف دیگر، با رایزنی های صورت گرفته دو متحد دیگر ما یعنی صربستان و پرو برای کمک به ما و ورود به شمال مرزهای ما اعلام امادگی کردند.بدین ترتیب صربستان به گرجستان و پرو به ارمنستان حمله هوایی کردند و با موفقیت توانستند تا ضمن پیشروی در خاک ترکیه و گرجستان، در نهایت این دو کشور را تحت اشغال کامل خودشان دربیاورند
در حال حاضر با توجه به حضور صربستان و پرو در منطقه،پس از گذشت سه ماه جنگ ما با ترکیه موقتا پایان یافته ولیکن مسلما این وضعیت پایدار نبوده ایران همواره اماده خواهد بود و با تمام قوا در مقابل هرگونه تجاوز به خاک اصلیش خواهد ایستاد
در حال حاضر نیز ایران با تمام قوا در حال کمک به متحدین خود در منطقه می باشد

اخراج شیلی از قلب اروپا توسط عملیات مشترک صربستان،رومانی،اسلوونی و فرانسه
با حضور شیلی در اروپا برای کمک به ایتالیا، قلب اروپا مجددا درگیر جنگهای مهم و سختی شد.دو هفته پیش ابتدا دولت شیلی پس از ناکامی در پلن حمله هوایی به اتریش در شمال مرزهای اسلوونی، در نهایت مجبور به انتخاب سوئیس به عنوان مقصد و حمله هوایی به این کشور شد.در ادامه نیز شیلی با حمله مستقیم به مستعمرات ایتالیایی اسلوونی ، مستقیما با این کشور عضو استریا وارد جنگ شد.در ابتدا شیلی موفق شد تا ایالات شمالی ایتالیا را از تصرف اسلوونی در بیاورد و به پای مرزهای اصلی اسلوونی نیز برسد.ولیکن این پایان کار نبود و از انجاییکه به دلیل نپ عدم تعرض بین کشورهای امریکای لاتین، آرژانتین دیگر متحد اسلوونی موجود در منطقه نمیتوانست مستقیما با شیلی وارد جنگ شود، سرانجام این دولت رومانی بود که با اغاز حمله هوایی به سوئیس به کمک اسلوونی امد

استریا پس نشستن چتربازهای رومانی در مجاورت مرزهای شیلی رسما و با تمام قوا با این کشور وارد جنگ شد.بدین صورت که صربستان و رومانی مستقیما به شیلی حمله کردند و از طرف دیگر سریال انقلاب هایی در تمامی مستعمرات شیلی واقع در امریکای لاتین و اقیانوسیه به راه افتاد.همچنین از سوی دیگر دولت مولداوی نیز به دلیل وارد اوردن فشار مضاعف به شیلی،به پایتخت این کشور در امریکای لاتین حمله هوایی کرد
درنهایت نیز پس از ناکامی شیلی در ورود به فرانسه (به دلیل مقاومت و دفاع خوب فرانسوی ها) این کشور از اروپا برای بار چندم اخراج شد
در ادامه نیز هم اکنون دو کشور اسلوونی و رومانی با دادن لایحه ان ای به ایتالیا و در پی حمله مستقیم به این کشور، درصدد اشغال مجدد این کشور می باشند

جنگ بین روسیه و اوکراین
بیش از سه هفته پیش اوکراین در ابتدا به همسایه شرقی خود یعنی روسیه اعلام جنگ داد و با دادن لایحه ان ای به این کشور،رسما تهاجم خود به مرزهای روسها را اغاز کرد.دلیل این اقدام اوکراینی ها به مسائل دنیای واقعی و اختلافات بین اوکراین و روسیه ربط پیدا می کند.خلاصه اولین حمله اوکراینی ها به پایتخت روسها یعنی مسکو با مقاومت خوب روسیه و متحدین خودش در اتحاد پسفیکا رو به رو شد و بدین نحو روسها توانستند تا با شکست اوکراین درون ایالات این کشور پیشروی کنند
در ادامه، ابتدا وزیر امور خارجه اوکراین در پی شکستهای این کشور در جنگ با روسها، پیشنهاد صلح با این کشور و تبدیل جنگ مستقیم به یک جنگ تمرینی را به روسها داد که البته مورد موافقت مردم روسیه و اوکراین قرار نگرفت
در ادامه نیز سی پی وقت روسها همین پیشنهاد را بار دیگر به مردم اوکراین عرضه کرد که مجددا مورد موافقت واقع نشد
در نهایت و با روی کار امدن دولت های جدید روسیه و اوکراین،سرانجام قرارداد و تفاهم نامه صلح و عدم تعرض بین دو کشور روسیه و اوکراین امضا شد که بر اساس ان جنگ بین این دو کشور به صورت تمرینی در می اید و در اولین فرصت نیز لوایح صلح بین این دو کشور توسط دولتهایشان ارسال خواهد شد.مدت زمان این قرارداد عدم تعرض هم نود روزه در نظر گرفته شده است

اتحاد اوریون
چند روز پیش دولت سوئد در جلسه اتحاد اوریون اعلام کرد که کشورش به دلیل برخی مشکلات دیگر تمایلی به ادامه حضور در این اتحاد ندارد و در نهایت نیز سوئد با خروج از اوریون راهی اتحاد پسفیکا شد.مسلما حضور همسایه و متحد سوئد در این اتحاد یعنی فنلاند نقش زیادی را در این تصمیم سوئدی ها ایفا کرده است.ولیکن با تمام این تفاسیر ایران کماکان تمایل دارد تا رابطه دوستانه خود با سوئد را حفظ کرده و مانند سابق همکاری نظامی و دیپلماتیکی خود با این کشور را ادامه دهد
از سوی دیگر نیز کشور لیتوانی با رای تمامی اعضای اوریون به مدت یک ماه عضو موقت اتحاد اوریون شد.دوست دارم از همینجا و از طرف ملت ایران به کشور لیتوانی بابت حضور در اتحاد اوریون تبریک بگم
همچنین دیگر متحد ما در اتحاد اوریون یعنی فرانسه نیز در طی روزهای گذشته موفق شد تا با موفقیت در تمامی جنگهای خود در مقابل کشورهای متخاصم به خاک اصلی خودش یعنی شیلی و مکزیک از استقلال ارضی خود دفاع کند.فرانسه ابتدا در مقابل تهاجم شیلی به خاک اصلیش ایستادگی کرد و سپس با شکست مکزیک،حمله هوایی این کشور را به اروپا ناکام گذاشت
