Citizens of eBelgium,

We are beginning a revision of our constitution at the national forum. We are grateful to those who provided us with this document in the early days of eBelgium, but the game and the conditions in our eNation have changed, and we believe it is time for some changes in the constitution, as well. This is your country and the constitution belongs to you. As such, we want to invite your participation in the debate on the final product. This is in keeping with a long-standing tradition that any citizen of eBelgium may take part in congressional debates on our forum. To make your voice heard, make sure you are signed in at the forum and received your citizen mask, and then go here to participate.
