The Agreement is made based on the results of negotiations between governments of Israel and Belarus about the training war (TW) between our countries. The point of The Agreement as follows:

1. Belarus executes an Airstrike (AS) on Israel on day 2,751 using own funds.
2. Israel informs its allies about war's training type and allows for Belarus to win the battle and gain a foothold in Yerushalayim.
3. Afterwards the border between the countries will appear, Belarus proposes NE to Israel and Israel proposes and accepts NE to Belarus.
4. Belarus attacks another region of Israel and wins the battle.
5. Belarus starts an attack of third region of Israel and wins, at the moment Israel rises rebellion war in an occupied region and wins.
6. In further the course of the TW will occur according next scenario: Belarus performs successful direct attacks and Israel performs successful rebellion wars.
7. Israel guarantees that Belarus will have at least 2 regions under control at any time.
8. Belarus guarantees that all the taxes from occupied regions will be returned to Israel.
9. Belarus guarantees liberation of all the regions under the first requirement of Israeli government.
10. Both parties agree the duration of TW must be not less than 2 weeks from the start of AS.

The Agreement negotiated and signed by president of Israel Tom Kafir and Belarus Pan Ales Bu on day 2,750.
מלחמת האימונים הוכנה כתוצאה ממשא ומתן בין ממשלות בלארוס וממשלת ישראל לגבי מלחמת אימונים בין המדינות. עיקרי ההסכם הם כך:

1. בלארוס תבצע מתקפה אווירית על ישראל ביום 2,751 בשימוש בכסף של עצמם
2. ישראל תודיע לבני בריתה שזו מלחמת אימונים ותיתן לבלארוס לנצח ולכבוש את ירושלים.
3. אחר כך בלארוס תציע אויב טבעי על ישראל וישראל תציע אויב טבעי על בלארוס.
4. בלארוס תתקוף עוד איזור של ישראל ותנצח
5. בלארוס תתקוף איזור רביעי של ישראל ותנצח וישראל תפתח מלחמת אימונים באיזור כבוש ותנצח.
6. המשך מלחמת האימונים יהיה מתקפה של בלארוס שהיא מנצחת ומרד של ישראל שישראל מנצחת.
7. ישראל מבטיחה שלבלארוס תהיה 2 איזורים לאורך כל המלחמה בכל זמן נתון
8. בלארוס מבטיחה שכל המיסים מהאיזורים הכבושים ילכו חזרה לישראל.
9. בלארוס מבטיחה שחרור של כל האיזורים בבקשה הראשונה מהממשלה הישראלית.
10. שתי הצדדים מסכימים שמלחמת האימונים תמשך לפחות שבועיים מתחילת ההתקפה האווירית.
