[eBe] April/May Congress Report - 4

Dear Friends of eBelgium,
This is the last report for this term and I especially waited a bit in order to be able to publish the new congress. This is also the last Congress Report from me, cause I'm not a candidate for a third term as CoC. I would like to thank the loyal readers, to appreciate the work that is done here and I would like to wish the next CoC a lot of success.

Boost Tax Program
In the whole eWorld it is a public secret that there is someone with unlimited amount of resources that buys the vast majority of products, 'the bot'. In order to raise the taxes in eBelgium, a number of players can now under the guidance of the Minister of Finance, buy cheapest goods in foreign countries and sell that in eBelgium to this 'bot'. The program guarantees that the players do not make a loss if prices suddenly change and can deliver for these players who need it, some starting funds. These starting funds need of course to be paid back to the state when the player stops with the program.

Belgian Training Academy
The newer players in eBelgium get now more support then ever. They receive now 35 Q6 foods and 2 Q6 tanks, in the hope that this will make it easier for them to grow. Also the budget for the BTA is now a fixed amount and is not longer a depending on the total state income. In order to realise this, two different votes were done that both were accepted.

BYS²
For the players that actually want to increase their strength more, but don't have the gold to do so, under certain conditions they can get a subsidy for gold training.
The only difference with the normal Boost Your Strength-program is the amount of gold that is given (you get more) and the requirements to get it (these are stricter)
In order to receive BYS², you need to be in the eBelgian Military, follow orders and fight enough.

New Congress
We currently have a new congress. This also means that new people will become part of the SeCo (Security Council), therefore the Party Presidents have to nominate them!.
There will also be a new CoC election. It is known that the current CoC, after two (successful?) terms, has decided to NOT be a candidate again.
