[DoD] Mini-Update

IDF Command Staff has been working hard since the start of v2, behind the scenes, to implement planning prior to v2. We have met a few difficulties and unforeseen problems due to how v2 has been going, but will continue to push improvements and knowledge of how the IDF will fit and run in v2.

We will have more in-depth info on further improvements in the following couple days, but I wanted to increase awareness today with our IDF Companies, in regards to employment and supply.

Part One is initial hiring of general employment. We are putting up job offers to support immediate stock of the 4 weapon types. As the Admins continue to tweak values and formulas, wages and cost are still a bit up in the air but we will work with what they are giving us, for now.

Part Two will be a general base wage structure once we are confident in values and formulas given to us. This will also be requiring employment of IDF Soldiers, for a soon to be determined period of time, to be explained and defined in detail a bit later as things come together.

Some job offers are for Skill 1 and minimum wage. Some job offers are for lower skill than you have. Please take the offer and we will adjust pay to match skill. PM my citizen account with where you are working and I will adjust it as soon as I see your PM. If you work before we can adjust I will make sure you are credited with IEP to match what you missed on.
