[Debate] 5th Q7 State Commune

Greetings, citizens of Netherlands,

the government has requested the following debate to be opened, as announced in the recent presidential article about purchase of another Q7 state weapon company:

To increase the amount of weapons created for our military programs and our soldiers, we would like to invest in a fifth state-owned Q7 company. These costs will be acquired from the budget (which is especially large this month, considering the additional income due to last month's wars) as well as the Monetary Market. The company will be hosted by NoTie112, and payment of Q7 weapons to the state can occur immediately after approval by Congress.

The approximate costs to be refunded for this service would be 1 150 Gold, which is similar to previous approved Communes.

We want an accord of Congress for this extraordinary expenditure.
