[Darkness] Downfall of one alliance

I believe most of you expected another gif article of Darkness prevailing over world. Truth is I had one stored and ready but emotions swirled when Syndicate raised white flag or better to say dozen of national flags admitting defeat.



They said it plain and clear.
We lost.
Back to the drawing board of national relationships.

These simple words for the first time were not in disguise but rather honestly said by those that are broken.

Where did downfall begin or better to say was there ever a peak for Syndicate and their allies?
I will have to put my personal thoughts on this one and avoid any chance of grey zone answers by answering with simple NO.

☑ Their roots were all wrong. Plot of the story was based around EDEN.
Something that is broken can never be new again.






☑ They really were not ready for major sacrifices.
Argentina changed side every time they got deleted.
Greece was never willing to let go bonuses no matter how much their allies were in danger. Croatia was same like on start and when they did it was already too late. They put too much of spotlight on themselves, even tho their foreign policy was miles in front of all other nations involved Croatia still failed to preform.
If you want to be a playmaker you have to deal with the game.
Turkey is yet to learn to deliver for alliance after 8 years of game.
Chile even tho very passionate was very inconsistent. Ukraine was pure canon meat. While Italy wasnt really given right chance in this environment.

☑ They also based lot of their game efforts around hate and prejudices.
That cause them to loose so much of neutral damage at one point.
Other major alliances were evolving and ready to accept and cope with this and as result they thrived. Since I am speaking of Syndicate mostly I wont say how we as Asterians did this and leave it for our official HQ to elaborate.

☑ You can even say they lasted way to long as merely artificial fabricated alliance, without any real goals. So its not strange "struggle" became their real goal and only achievement became to keep their heads above the water.
They had their superstars and unlimited tanks, but without real support and backing those efforts they ended up with were futile. I think I still remember moment when we had major fight into taking Croatian congress only to meet POW unit birthday 2 days later. Coordination was just amiss.

☑ They used calculator to make allies most of the times, forgetting that in dire times 1+1 isnt always 2.

Since I lack final words to describe one downfall I will let this monuments do it for me.
