Greetings, citizens of Netherlands,

A new congress has been elected, so it's time again for the election of a new Chairman of Congress (CoC).

Since ElGorro has no time, I will run if there are no other non-I&W candidates. We can't have another few votes ending with no new CoC...

However, if anybody else is interested in the position at any point during the next month, I will willingly resign... Also, if anybody is interested in becoming my deputy, let me know.
