True what you say and really haven"t any side-effects if you abolish Meta-Congress or to returning to normal political mechanics module.

Technically that means Woldy is in charge and can do as he likes - as he could anyway if he really wanted to. But the point is - will I be able to propose a change in the tax rate as per the game mechanics as if we were a Democracy? If the answer is no then nothing will change - when/how will the discussions and vote take place? If we don't have rules and guidelines setting out some procedures and guidelines then there's no point in having a Congress or Government.

I'm now leaning toward removing the Dictatorship and establishing a Democracy and if there was sufficient support that would be the way to go.

Voted and supported. The current meta laws aren't very fun and aren't very useful; they simply need to go.

For now I'm happy to rely on Woldy's common sense, but I do wonder if we can't progress towards a democracy once again after this change passes.

I'm in congress, and i support this.

I am not convinced about a *TOTAL* reset of the entire legislative system. We *DO* have a load of crap which needs weeding - but I suspect that a total reset is probably ill advised....

So - I guess that this is a qualified NO to supporting the proposal....
