[AMP] A New Chapter Begins!

Although Party President elections are still officially 6 days away, the American Military Party has just about finished the primary. Although there is still time to vote, it is safe to say that the race is over. It was a three person race, but it was never even close. And with 81% of the vote thus far, the AMP is proud to declare Kria Erikson as the winner.

Kria is well respected within almost the entire USA, and has a great multi-partisan appeal. Having served in both the Military, and in Congress (three times), she has worked with many people across a wide variety of spectrums. The American Military Party is proud to have her, and very excited for her upcoming term. We know that she will bring the same dedication to the party, that she has brought to her time in Congress, as well as her long, and illustrious career, spanning the National Guard and the Army.

The American Military Party is looking for volunteers! We need people to mass message, serve as interns, and write glorious articles about the party!
Getting involved in a political party is one of the best ways to make eRep work for you. Let’s face it, this game kind of sucks. Unless you go above and beyond the game, and get involved in the media, or a Military Unit or a political party, you’ll tend to float listlessly in the game. Get involved in the AMP and start getting more out of eRep. Cleveland Fleman got more involved, and made me these bad ass dividers for AMP papers! Win!

I can tell you from personal experience, that getting involved in the AMP was the best thing I’ve done in this game. I’ve been in the Army for over a year, and although it is awesome, and I love the people there, eRep has never been more interesting, or compelling to me, than it has in these past few months. Lastly, the AMP would like to give one final salute to Haliman. Love him or hate him, he has done wonders for the American Military Party. He is our first, and only Party President (at least for a few more days), and will always hold a place in our hearts, and our history. He took a new party from nothing, to the number 2 ranked party in the United States. That is really, no small feat.

And whatever you think about the AMP, it is nice to have party politics back. It is one of the things that makes this game interesting, and kind of fun. A little rivalry is good, and a little butthurt is always hilarious. I cannot wait for the next Congressional Elections. It is going to be a lot of fun. And, with the way the Cerb Administration is going, we should have 51 regions again.
