Hi, dear friends!!!

1) This TW will happen in Philippines core regions
2) China will attack Philippines and occupy Luzon
3) TW will happen in the rest of Philippines region (3 region)
4) If there will be any attack to Philippines region , wheter its occupied by China by the time or a free PH region, both side will defend them.
5) Philippines isnt responsible to defend an attack to other Chinese regions.
6) China will donate the tax income coming from Ph regions to Ph treasury at the end of every week.
7) There will be no renting price
8 ) This agreement will be valid as long as both side agrees on.
