Top 10 Reasons to be an eUS Marine- 2012 Edition

About two some years ago, I wrote an article giving the top 10 reasons why you should join the eUS Marines. I realize now that those old reasons are a bit dated, so here’s an updated version for the year 2012. Trust me, by the end of the list, you’ll realize just why we are the best MU in the eUS.

10. We’re truly international. Interested In meeting new people from all over the eWorld? We got you covered. We have members from Croatia, Finland, Belarus, Israel, Romania, Canada, and South Africa to name only a few. It’s a long laundry list of different cultures, but we are all one family.

9. We got John Largo. We are honored enough to have the Best candidate running for the presidency in our MU. Largo is a super tank with super ideas. We wish him the best of luck in the coming elections.

8. No drama. The eUS Marines is a drama-free zone. We are free from politicking and negativity. We are truly a family full of men and women who fight for the eUS and its true allies at all time. 7. We are independent. We are independent and self-funded. Unlike the USAF, we go completely without US funding. Meaning, if the Serbs/Ajay take over the government, we will still be fighting for the eUS. It’s still a mystery whether the USAF forces will still have the cash to fight.

6. The best supplies. You want Q7s, we got you. We got you good.

5. A long history of excellence. For 4+ years, we have been fighting for the eUS. We are one of, if not the OLDEST MU in the eUS. We have a reputation for kicking butt all over the eWorld since almost the beginning of eRepublik.

4. Solid leadership. When you come to the Marines, there will always be someone there to help you find your way. Our leadership core is solid and works like a well oiled machine. Plus, there are always opportunities for those looking to advance their own e-careers.

3. Small numbers, big results. Let’s look at today’s numbers on egov4you. Right now, the Marines are ranked 5 in the eUS. But I’ll put this into perspective. Seal Team 6, the top unit in the eUS did 507932430 influence yesterday, with 154 members. The Marines did 246030870 with 67 members. Marines did more damage per member than ST6! Marines did on average 3672102 vs ST6’s 3298262 damage per member. And this is all without funding. Our guys give it their 110%. That’s the type of environment you want to be around!

2. Marines are made of legends. We’ve had those who are only told in eRep legends such as Eugene Harlot, to living legends such as Hisairness. Are you the next Marine legend?
