Titans Proposed Charter
Statement of Intent
This charter is proposed on the basis of the shared brotherhood of the signatory members. It is a declaration of mutual support, in recognition of our mutual interests. It is a military and diplomatic alliance. It is an alliance which will exist in tandem, but separate from our brothers in ONE and ABC. Those who sign agree to support one another through any means.
Alliance Members
The member countries
1. Dendi Uzumaki signing this treaty on behalf of Indonesia
2. Denizerus signing this treaty on behalf of Turkiye
3. FRLA signing this treaty on behalf of Slovenia
4. Daniel Thorrold signing this treaty on behalf of the United Kingdom
5. Sor3na signing this treaty on behalf of Iran
Admission of new members
1. A new member may be admitted by unanimous vote of all members.
Structure of the Alliance
1. There shall be a strategic council of the alliance consisting of the Secretary General, Supreme Commander, Secretary of Internal and Foreign Affairs and Treasurer, who will administer the alliance.
2. There shall be a general council of the alliance consisting of the Presidents of every member country.
3. Each member will be equal and have an equal vote.
4. Every country must pay 50k currency every month, to go toward the creation of an Alliance Army built for coordinated Alliance attacks.
Strategic Council
1. The Secretary General will be the titular head of the alliance. They will administer the alliance and act as chief representative.
2. The Supreme Commander will be the military organiser of the alliance and will also command the night watch of the alliance.
3. The Treasurer will be the financial advisor of the alliance, and will gather and direct funds where necessary.
4. SIFA (Secretary of Internal and Foreign Affairs) will process applications for the alliance (countries to join), mediate between conflicted parties in the alliance, establish contact with ONE, ABC and other countries and alliances, and lead ATO efforts.
5. All positions will be elected on the 6th of each month by the General Council.
6. No CP can sit on the strategic council.
General Council
The General Council has voting rights on all issues including:
1. The election of the SG, SC, SIFA and Treasurer
2. The admittance of new members
3. Changes to the alliance constitution
Any issue can be brought to the General Council by any member of the General or Strategic Councils for a vote.
