As PLN getting weaker, ePoland-market has one of the cheapest Q5 houses.
q5 house = ~1000 PLN = 1000/270 = 3,7 Gold

The price (for example) in eHungary-market:
q5 house = ~2700 HUF = 2700/600 = 4,5 Gold
(5% VAT)

ps: Unfortunately houses are un-donateables.
So, action needs to be solved by a non-polish citizen (target-market citizenship) or choose a market with low import tax.
