eCANADA'S PREMIERE BUSINESS MAGAZINE SINCE DAY 1790
Hello, eCanada. It's been a little while.
A lot's changed.
The economy looks like it's actually better put together than when I left, which is shocking. Too bad everybody died.
Just dropped in to say hello and see who all is still breathing, and to see what the eWorld is like after all these years.
I just want to know what happened. Was there a great calamity, an apocalypse, that wiped out the eCanadian and eWorld communities, or was it the same slow erosion that we saw five years ago, after the Spanish Wipe and the American Intervention in 2014. What has all happened in the last two thousand days?
I was reading articles, researching the historical record, and it looks like the last thing before the die-off was Rylde's dictatorship and the Albanian Invasion, and subsequent alliance with Serbia, which would have been unthinkable back in my day. After Day 3300 the records almost disappear completely.
My last real article was published on Day 2353, so I'm still kind of out of the loop.
Regardless of the histories of this country over the last two thousand days, I welcome the new Congress to my hometown, and Capital of eCanada, Victoria. The buildings are quite nice. Apparently, the city wants to rip up the cherry blossom trees. I want to tell the city to bugger off.
In full honesty, I would like a history lesson for the previous two thousand days. I'm thinking about writing a full history of eCanada, as well as updating the Dictionary for New eRepublikans, and would like the background.
Well, it's been a while since I last signed off, but I think it's still relevant, all these years later.

Welcome back, bud.
I'd tell you what happened but I'd be lying if I told you I was actually paying attention. This game is all about button smashing now. There's no nuance (or very many people) left.
This game i might leave for a bit but i always come back, damn RL loll
Welcome back o7
Pretty much admin happened.
The econ sort of works, for those intrepid souls that insist on spending time to make a little fake cc. They created air wars to provide entertainment for the new, low strength player. Then promptly turned around and created ways to get around that. Mostly still the same thing in battles, massive numbers + credit cards rule the day.
One of the most interesting developments is the new politics. Not nearly so exciting but yet very satisfying. Very little squabbling. Everyone gets a turn. Most interesting would be how ideas are considered and then implemented based on general opinion. If something doesn't work we just back up and try something else.
