New swedish MoFA - my presentation

Day 1,583, 10:25 Published in Sweden Norway by Ministry of Foreign Affairs

My name is Rahla and I'm the new swedish MoFA. I'll give you a short story about my time here, my goals and my expectations.

My story - elife

I was born around summer in Sweden, and like most people, found the first few days amazingly fun, eating, killing, talking a bit, hanging out on forums and so on.

Then I started my political career. I found this very fun seeing a few heating debates between people, a bit of intrigue, drama and lots of trolls just like any movie you see late nights at tv. Then I applied for the congress and sat there for a total of 2 terms (then real life kicked in and I had to take a break).

But what I truly enjoyed was the ministry of foreign affairs. One day, I saw that they were looking for ambassadors, and I applied. I was accepted and started to work immediately, sacrificing a bit of sweet sweet sleep in order to find info and write my reports. And so I worked on for 6 months, talking to interesting people and writing. And today Snaskefar asked if I wanted to become MoFA, and I accepted.

What I am going to do here - goals

One problem I found is inactivity, so I intend to kick some life into the swedish ministry of foreign affairs by finding new, active people willing to work and take initiatives.

I also intend to contact people in different countries, talking and hopefully build good relations. I'll be available on IRC pretty much 24/7, and I'll also be available through messaging, responding as well as I can.

My excpectations...

Although there's been alot of problems with trolls, I have high expectations regarding the future. We can't all be best friends, but I have hope that maybe in the future we can atleast act civil to eachother. The future looks bright, and I expect it to be so one day.

Regards,
