In this article I will show you how to use Admin’s latest invention - houses.
The formula is truly simple, but I doubt there’s many using this and I can’t really understand why is that so. In this article I will use current wages and prices of houses on eCanadian market.
1. Buy one package of houses (1 Q1 ; 1 Q2 and 1 Q3 house)
2. Open your storage and activate each one of them.
3. Those houses combined gives you 3 overtime points every 1hr.
Some facts:
- once you activate the house activation will last for 7 days (168hrs) and over
- those 7 days it will provide you 504 ‘overtime work’ points.
- you need 24 overtime points to work again in the company you’re employed in
- you will be able to work extra 21 times in one week and recieve extra wage
This is not all!
You will also recieve 50+80+100 (230) extra health and you’ll be able to recover it just like the regular health. It means you’ll be able to fight more, win more medals and work more in your companies if you have lots of them. An advice would be to try winning one Freedom fighter medals with this extra health gained, because otherwise you won’t end up in plus (+)
Let’s move to the math now...
Current highest wage on eCanadian job market: 40 CAD
Price of Q1 house: 225 CAD
Price of Q2 house: 524 CAD
Price of Q3 house: 777 CAD
Money needed to buy one package of the houses: 1526 CAD
Extra wage you will recieve from those houses: 840 CAD
Money spent on extra health per week: 686 CAD ~ 3,4 golds
Conclusion:
Houses are very profitable in case you need extra health either to work in your companies or to do some extra fights and use those to win medals such as Freedom Fighter. I believe you can win at least 1 FF medal per week only using the extra health from this houses and recieve 5 golds reward, means you will do more damage, contribute more through taxes income, work in your companies without any worries and still end up with 1,6 golds profit per week. Using houses is longterm investment in your account and your country.
How can eCanada profit from using houses?
You would pay 2% tax when buying houses, work tax when working in companies and make more damage to put us higher on the damage leadership board. Not bad, eh?

according to your own maths it costs in energy and house prices over 2200 Cad and you get back in wages only 840 Cad
So how does a 1400 (7 gold) loss in your conclusion turn into being profitable ????

Difference is 3,4 golds which is less than one FF medal 5 golds reward for example..

I thought you receive 0 extra health. Houses simply increase the tank in which you store your health.
As Rolo points out, overtime wages ~match the cost of your Q1 house. You go in the hole when you buy anything else. The extra "tank" space may be advantageous depending on your style of play i.e. what is your regen and how often you log into the game.

Yes you have expressed it incorrectly. It is not extra health. And since you get 0 extra health it is hard to suggest that 0 extra health is worth more than 0. Which makes the "houses are profitable" idea a bit wonky. Your math indicates buying a "house pack" will be unprofitable. Exceptional cases exist depending on regeneration and playing style i.e. high strength player who has high regen all week and online absences that are bridged by the extra tank space. In short, you have answered your own question:

One thing that may adjust some of your numbers is that the employee can limit the wages to a certain number a day, so while you could in effect work 4 times in a day (3 overtimes) you may receive far less than the maximum salary if we were to paid evenly at maximum wage amount
