For many years, Belarusian players have been writing tickets to the administration of the erepublic, with a request to change the current state flag to the national flag.
This problem exists because the majority of Belarusian players do not admit the state flag, since it is a symbol of a state ruled by a dictatorship and lawlessness against which the Belarusian people are fighting. Many European countries have imposed sanctions on the current regime.
I call on everyone to solidarity with the Belarusian community.
The national white-red-white flag is perceived by the Belarusian people as a symbol of freedom and democracy, to which we strive so much. Thus, we ask the administration of the game to consider our request and organize a vote on changing the flag in the game.
We ask the entire gaming community to help us with this and express words of support in the comments.

Just tell me where and whos is Kosovo in erep. Do they ever changed something?
Kosovo is recognized by 51% of UN members, so there is a good reason not to add half-recognized country to erep (although id personaly like to see it).
On the other hand, the flag you are proposing is considered to be flag of belarus by 0% UN members, including belarus.
We are not political fraction.

Mmmm... I understand your idea, and in some ways you are right. But the fact is that here we aren't talking about a faction or a group. This is the real majority of people. There are 6.5 million voters in our country, and I can assure you that at least 5 million of them belong to what you call a group or faction.
But, kelera, can you imagine this: a group of ppl says that majority of ppl in germany dont want their current flag, but a red flag with stylized black cross on it. Im sure such an article would get a lot of votes and then what? Erep labs should change flag of germany to that of 3rd reich???? Cant you see that there is no option to go down that road
Btw, i dont even know what either of those flags (official and yours) represent, but i dont even care. Only official flags can be used in erep, end of discussion. Any other way is destined for trouble.
Look up flag of isis. Im sure there are ppl from syria and elsewhere that'd say that majority of sirians want that flag to represent them...but we cant go there, isnt that so

If this article was written as an informative piece "you know guys, most ppl in blr doesnt like current flag and so on" id have different comments, and id ask questions about it (frankly, i had no idea that the flag is a problem)
But when asking to change flag from official version, im strongly against

No way. Belarus is universally known and famous with red/green flag. Red for the blood Belarussians have shed for the freedom and green is a simbol of hope.
The flag you offer is disputable and could not be accepted.

Red Green was made by communists in 1951 to promote Belarus in UN assembly in New York. It was official from 1951 to 1991. The modern flag was redesigned in 1995 by Lukashenko itself. The Red White Red historical flag was long before communists and Germans.

Раніше (давно) один білоруський гравець зробив додаток (скрипт), котрий в грі міняв чинний прапор на біло-червоно-білий. Я його не застав. Бо хотів, щоб зробив ще інший додаток, на жовто-блакитний. Це ще було до перекладу гри на білоруську.

The people of Belarus have my support, I understand very well what this means for you. I am a person from a country sanctioned by the USA and the European Union, Venezuela lives in a dictatorship but today I live in exile in another country.

I support it. Freedom is the most important human value. Changing the flag is the smallest thing that can be done to stay against dictatorship and tyranny.

Ah, the evil dictator. Lets change the national flag because we don't like who is in charge. What will happen if everybody accept this idea? Or maybe Belarusian people want some self-destructive quarantine. Or some depopulation... oops i mean mass privatization of the economy. Or they want to destroy their healthcare system, like in every colonized country from the eastern bloc. Be careful what you wish for, because you will get exactly the colonial democracy you deserve!
