Join the new world

Dear citizens of the eNetherlands,

Now the time has come to vote for the new CP, I will repost the information of my previous articles. If you midded it before or are still undecided, give it a good read!

Development vs Delivery
The community can roughly be divided in two, the ‘newbies’ and the veterans. Those newbies can be found in the lower divisions. Their main activity should be to upgrade their training grounds as fast as possible while making sure they can enjoy the spoils of it for a long time. This can be stimulated with a loan from the state. This plan is being made for a longer time now, but I hope a proposal in congress can be done before the next government will be in place. In the end it is them who will be implementing it.
But how can something like that help if you don’t know how to make a good use of it? Coaching is there for very important for this group. They need to know how to grow strong asap while making as much gold as possible in the process. And most importantly: Where can we find the people who make this game interesting enough to play it for more than 5 minutes a day? These incorporate articles, but masterclasses as well.
Take notice that these measurement are free of costs after the equal sign!

There is also the group that is playing for a longer time. They have all in common that they are in D4 (with some exceptions) so they can all fight without negative effects. And that is something that should be stimulated. I want to explore the possibilities of the Combat Orders to achieve this. Due to the small budget there is no guarantee that the reward will be worthwhile for everyone, but it will help funding the effort while making sure the damage is done in the correct place.

Finances
Our emergency findings are still not at the level where they should be. So it is my duty to compensate a big part of these shortages with next month’s budget. In that way we will be ready for future wars under our flag.
Other spending's than these replenishment; Combat orders and the usual forum bonuses are not yet in my program. Current spike in the weapon prices can create more budgets for other goals, but that is still just speculation.

Transparency
For communication to our citizens I would like to have an all or nothing policy. Governmental affairs are sometimes kept behind closed doors. This is done because they require some background knowledge and some reflection before one can have a solid opinion about them. Because providing this information cost a lot of time, time that can be spent on other things by several ministries, I would like to have an active ministry of information that actively provides this information. This way, citizens are able to contribute in a constructive way in as many governmental affairs as possible.

Foreign affairs
It is a no-brainer, but it can’t go without mentioning: There is a lot going to happen in the area of alliances, but the questions of whom and when still go unanswered. Therefore we need a MoFA team with a strong international network to be able to have a spot in a new alliance.
