An Idiot’s Guide to eRepublik

As in, I'm an idiot and this is my guide 🙂



So, you've just joined Homework the Video Game eRepublik, and you're wondering what to do now. You've probably already worked out that you should do whatever Plato says. If you turn up once a day and do all your chores for a month you'll get a bit of gold, so that’s pretty nice.



In terms of practical advice: you should buy a Q1 house. It will let you work more than once a day and will pay for itself. Also, if you're a new player in the eUK, you can get NHS help. Message Madelina de Melrose or Tinman1 and they'll send you loads of food!



In my opinion, the only real way to find meaning in this point and click adventure is to make friends. So go talk to people!

You should talk to anyone you have any kind of in game interaction with. (Also talk to me!) Tell people that you're new and ask if they have any advice. Most people are really happy to help.



If you want to get into politics you should join TUP a political party that represents your views. In the eUK the two biggest parties are TUP and UKRP. TUP is nice and cool and friendly. The thing with UKRP is that I heard someone say they steal shoes from poor people they're good too. There are a load of other cool parties that are perfectly acceptable as well.
