E in particolare a voi italiani!!



Questo è il gionale e-WORLD NEWS by Kabyli, e, nel caso lo conosciate, probabilmente vi aspettereste le novità dal mondo o interviste ai personaggi più attuali di Erepublik. Ma, per questa volta, ho intenzione di scrivere di altro.

Recentemente ho deciso di spostarmi dalla Grecia in Italia per trovare nuovi lavoratori per le mie aziende. Ma poiché apprezzo e sono vicino a voi, voglio fare qualcosa che possa portare un vantaggio a tutti, principalmente ai nuovi giocatori, con un progetto per gli Straordinari.

Così n’è saltato fuori L”OVERTIMES PROGRAMME" che mira ad aiutare i miei lavoratori e ovviamente ad incrementare la mia produttività.

Ma perché funzioni bisogna attenersi a delle regole e note che troverete qua in basso.



REGOLE dell’OVERTIMES PROGRAMME:

Regola No.1 --> Puoi fare fino a 4 straordinari al giorno

Regola No.2 --> Per ogni straordinario verrai ricompensato con 1 Q7.

Regola No.3 --> Se fai 23 o più straordinari alla settimana,riceverai un bonus di 17 Q7. (il che vuol dire 23+17=40 Q7 a settimana!! )

Regola No.4 --> Riceverai i tuoi premi giornalmente, il che vuol dire che se l’01/12/2015 dai due straordinari, riceverai le armi il giorno stesso.

Regola No.5 --> Il tuo salario cambia a seconda del più alto salario in Italia, il che vuol dire che potrebbe cambiare spesso.

Regola No.6 --> Non è necessario fare gli straordinari per partecipare al programma.


TUTTAVIA per farvi più felici, ogni tanto potrebbero arrivarvi delle sorprese in più.



INSTRUZIONΙ per WEEKLY EMPLOYEES CONTEST

NOTE: Se ritengo ci siano 6 o più lavoratori ATTIVI, potrei fare delle Weekly Employees Contest. Con un messaggio multiplo in cui coordinarci, discutere e chiaccherare. Le regole sarebbero le seguenti:

Instruzione No.1 --> Colui che ha fatto più straordinari, vince.

Instruzione No.2 – Le ricompense per il vincitore sono una Q1 House, 250cc da usare come vuoi e un articolo nel mio giornale che parla del vincitore del contest.

Instruzione No.3 --> La regola No.1 dell’OVERTIMES PROGRAMME (di cui sopra), non si applica se partecipi ad un Employees Contest.

Instruzione No.4 --> Chi non dovesse arrivare primo sarà ricompensato secondo la regola No.3 dell’ OVERTIMES PROGRAMME. (di cui sopra)

Instruzione No.5 --> Puoi lavorare tranquillamente nelle aziende senza partecipare al Contest.

Instruzione No.6 --> I partecipanti dovranno comunicarmi la partecipazione entro due giorni prima della nuova settimana.(Domenica)

Hello ladies and gentlemen.

Hello to all eRepublik citizens.

Greetings to all the wonderfull society of Italy!!



This is e-WORLD NEWS by Kabyli, and probably you would expect an article with news all around the world or interviews from great players. But this is kinda a different article.

Recently, i have decided to move from Greece to Italy in order to find some employees for my Companies. But because i honestly like the society of Italy i consider a way to help the people of Italy and mainly the new players with a project for Working Overtimes.

So i figure out a programme, an "OVERTIMES PROGRAMME" actually to help the employees of my Companies and of course, to increase my productivity.



But such a programme should have the right rules to work properly, so i will show you them below. I don't want to bore you so i will move on straight.


OVERTIMES PROGRAMME RULES:

Rule No.1 --> You can work until 4 OT's each day.

Rule No.2 --> Each Overtime you work, you get the reward of 1 Q7 weapon.

Rule No.3 --> If you work 23 or more Overtimes in a week, you'll get a bonus of 17 Q7 Weapons. ( That means you get 23+17=40 Q7 Weapons in a week!! )

Rule No.4 --> You will receive your rewards daily. For example, if you work 01/01/16 with two Overtimes you will get your Weapons the same day.

Rule No.5 --> Your Salary will be changing depending the highest Salary in the Job Market of Italy. That means that your salary may change often.

Rule No.6 --> It's not necessary to work Overtimes daily to take part in the programme.


HOWEVER in order to have fun, and you could gain more rewards i'll present you something more.




WEEKLY EMPLOYEES CONTEST INSTRUCTIONS:

NOTE: If i judge that 6 or more employees are ACTIVE then we create the Weekly Employees Contest. With an open message for all to comunicate, discuss and coordinate with each other.

Instruction No.1 --> The Employee with the most Overtimes Worked in the week, simply wins.

Instruction No.2 -- The rewards of the winner are a Q1 House, 250cc to use them however you want and a special article in my newspaper talking about his achievement being the Employee of the Week.

Instruction No.3 --> The Rule No.1 from the OVERTIMES PROGRAMME above, doesn't apply to you if you are participating in the Employees Contest.

Instruction No.4 --> The Employees who won't win the first place will get normally the price of the Rule No.3 from the OVERTIMES PROGRAMME above, IF they succeed it of course.

Instruction No.5 --> You can work normally to the Company without participating in the Employees Contest.

Instruction No.6 --> The participators can tell me their will to take part in the competition 2 days before the start of the new week.(Saturday)
