My understanding of that lil incident is that nobody in dish's cabinet at the time actually had any clue who sent Wayne money. Harambe couldn't have done anything about it 'cause it didn't happen during his administration and it wasn't particularly clear what the money was actually for in the first place.
As far as I know it was to be used for COs. I still don't understand why he sent it to me. I'm far too lazy to be setting COs
It was send by MoD org, nobody in cab was actually sure which particular individual decided to give you it. idk if Huey was even told, seem to recall him locking the org at the time
The particular message said "for sending of COs" or some such like but nobody afaik bothered to properly sanction it so while we'd maybe rather you give it back, I suppose it's not technically the MoD's property anymore seeing as somebody just handed you it without explanation.

As far as I'm concerned until dish comes forward with an explanation, it's safer in my account...
I've gone back over the old discord stuff and the theory at the time was that it was dish, or some random multi who was dMoD at the time that may or may not have had access.
failing that, somebody that wasn't supposed to have access to the org could've done. Obv the time cabinet started panicking about it was the same time dish decided to do a disappearing act so it's impossible to draw any kind of conclusion.
In short, dish might not even have the answer were he to reappear on the scene
I fail to understand the logic behind Rory's thoughts. Surely if Harambes Government is guilty of crimes caused by Dishes Government, then it would also mean that Mittes Government is also guilty of the same crime and so forth, until justice has been served.
Also, where does the crime start and where does it end? According to eRep's laws, the CP has full control of the coffers and has the power to do as he likes. With that reasoning, no crime was committed. If Dish is not guilty, does the crime start at the person who accepts cash from Orgs? If that's the case, lock up Huey and throw away the key for he is clearly guilty. If someone could point me to the crime commited, that would be grand.

If Harmabe is guilty, then it stands to reason that mitte is also complicit in this 'theft' (how it can be classed as theft us beyond me, I feel Rory needs to explain the mechanics behind it), for she too has been a CP that has not followed up on the whereabouts of the 200k.
