[M.A.R.C.A] A piece of my program [M.A.R.C.A]

Hello member of great M.A.R.C.A,
as you know I will run for president party, I thought i was alone, but some time ago someone join to run also the party, so we will have a election to decide between members of our great party. First of all good luck Duque Do Porto.

But as you could think, this article is not for said that I run as Duque do. This articles is to explain a little bit more about my programme.


In the last article, I said that I would like to do a Congress simulator.

This idea born on MARCA to introduce in our community, helping this new guys to give a step foward and decide to be part of the congress. Participating, learning and getting prepared for the future.
But as everything this congress simulator need a rules, and other thing important, where will it got place?



Lets start with the easy question, It should be on our National Forum.
Once answered this lets make the rules:
-Every player will have a role
1- Student:new member who wants to learn
2-Experienced congress: his mission is to create debt, be against laws presented and show things like on congress. At leats its neede 3 EC and cant be more than Students.
3-Hostile congress: their role is to make crisis moment coordinated with role 2. (sending NE, impeachment,...)

-Like this idea is a way to teach new congress, will be followed all the laws and process stablished in out-game congress(election for charge, punish,...)

-As recommendaton, dont use thing happening on the congress like example.
