[IPC] This former whip has cracked

Apparently the IPC has lost it's mind in the last two days. As I am the congressional whip of the party, I'm supposed to tow the party line. This has proved to be impossible. From this little ramble to this proposal in ODC , I have concluded that we have officially gone off the deep end. I completely understand the "we don't deal with terrorists" approach, But in this case I see it as nothing but self serving and harmful to the eCanadian community. I have attempted to keep my fellow IPCers in line, but their hatred of the MDP runs too deep. Simple communications have broken down into shouting matches. Why has this happened? I assume we are all Adults here, with the exception of myself. Why in god's name can't we communicate like Adults.

The party leadership has a decent reason to not trust the MDP, as they have openly PTOed the IPC several times. But, here's the but, the IPC has to a point earned these PTOs. The party leadership has been aggravating the MDP into PTOing the party. This is a vicious cirle. The MDP trolls us, we insult them back, they troll harder, we release an attack ad, they PTO us, We wrestle control of the party back, They troll us again, and the circle begins anew. Why can't we just cut this circle off and prevent yet another PTO.

I believe that cooperation is possible between the MDP and the IPC. Hell, I have several friendly and productive open chats with MDP members, and I'm drafting a bill I want to table soon with one of them. Cooperation is indeed possible. I intend on running for PP come November 15th. This mudslinging and divisiveness has to stop if we are to survive long into the future. I would like to remind the IPC voters, and the current leadership, During my two months as PP, we were not PTOed once. Not once. The reason behind this is because I didn't actively try to turn the MDP against the IPC.

You know I'm a supporter, and I don't want you to take this the wrong way but for me, I usually don't hold parties that try to PTO my own in good favor.

Auk, I'm not holding the MDP in good favour. I'm simply saying that this unnecessary mudslinging and divisiveness is exactly that, unnecessary. If we didn't respond with vitriol to the trolling and instead responded by ignoring it or with a witty comeback, we wouldn't come under PTO nearly as often.
