MANN551 ENTERS RACE
Yellowknife, Northwest Territories

Former Prime Minister and current Minister of Finance Mann551 has entered into September's Prime Ministerial election, sources indicate.

Early this morning, inside sources revealed to the eCanadian Business Weekly that Mann551 will seek another term as Prime Minister of Canada, being officially recognized as CPF's candidate to stand for election on September 5th.

Mann551's record is immaculate, and there were reportedly no issues on the part of party leadership in nominating him, inside sources allege.

As of the publication of this week's edition of the eCanadian Business Weekly, an official release has been received by our editorial staff. In his release, Mann551 has detailed plans to increase military spending on procurement and veterans benefits, while also instituting subsidies for Canadian manufacturing.

All reports indicate that Mann551's candidacy has been well received by the eCanadian public, and no challenger has so far stepped forward for the September elections.

This news comes off of official vote counts from last night's congressional elections that show the Canadian Progressive Front suffering a five-point drop in voting numbers, though the final results from the election are likely to be released in 11 hours.
