Greetings from the Department of Citizen Affairs! I am Comet Academy, Secretary of Citizen Affairs. This is going to be a short article, but most of you will be happy after reading it. I'd like to announce the return of BU2SU!

Is it fixed finally? Nope, not yet. Dmjohnston is working hard fixing API problems, and Ilene will support us when the repair is done. However D1 players need golds. They need a lot of golds, I mean. I was in D1 for a long time, and fully upgraded my four TGs to Q4. It was hard time earning golds, but government helped me a lot. BU2SU especially.

So, what is BU2SU? It may not be familiar to those citizens who just entered the game, but it is one of the biggest government supply program. In the past, citizens got golds based on activity and involvement with in-game political parties, military units, IRC and the eUSA Forum. There were a lot of bonus golds which made the program complicated. They were reasonable though, but we removed all the additional things to make it simple.

Here is the new BU2SU!

Bank Up 2 Strength Up

| Who? : eUSA players who are between level 21 and 35. They must not have four Q4 TGs to qualify.

| How? : Filling the form ONCE every e-Republik server day after using your Training Grounds.

| For what? : 0.5 gold/day from Department of Citizen Affairs

This is only a temporary gdoc, we will replace this with the original one when the API problem is fixed. I want to say sorry to those citizens who waited for the program. Now, you can get the golds and use it for TG upgrade. DoCA will support you.

what ive been waiting for ive been filling out the old one faithfully now it seems too late i got my TGs all upgraded.

The fancier the plumbing, the easier it is to clog the drain.
The amount of requests would triple, if people didn't have to go offsite. (That's if the site didn't go down frequently.)

We only have a few requests (like 2 and other 2 from multiple account) now, and I think there won't be many requests even if we don't advertise this as now...
I will think about the budget problem and probably I will fix it when there is a serious impact on financial business.
