Winner of Q3 gun announced!

As promised, I would like to announce the winner of the Federalist Only contest. There were a few that were seriously considered. A number of you gave some well thought out and complete answers to my question. But, there is only one Q3 prize. That prize will be awarded to Capt. Wolf. His comment impressed me the most. It was the most enthusiastic and exhaustive reply. If you would like to read his comment and the others, simply click on the previous issue below.
