Good evening my fellow Americans. Tomorrow, this country will face an election and a new president will be chosen. As this Administration finishes its last days, we look forward to an orderly election and the closing of our business.



Bonds and Free Money

First, it is the duty of the White House to inform you that the bonds that were exchanged for gold or USD during the Colin Lantrip Administration will be paid off over the next few days. Half the bonds have already been paid off. Your support of this nation has not gone unnoticed, and this repayment shows that the United States pays its debts and is deserving of the good faith of its citizens.

Second, the United States has also set up newish forums, located at http://eusaforums.com/forum/index.php It is on the forums that you can find the offices of Congress and the White House. There are debates between players on politics and military and other game-related things, as well as things from the real world. It is on the forums that the United States ceases to be a simple country and become a nation. A community. If you have not already signed up there, it is recommended you join up. New citizens should not be intimidated; the only way you learn is by asking questions.

Moving Onward

Finally, this has been a momentous month. We began with the Revolution, an event that did wonders for our community. We ended with the dissolution of Phoenix and the formation of PANAM, the charter of which was signed by our nation. We have defeated Mexico, avenging an old defeat, and thanks to rental agreements with Japan and Ireland, we now control at least one region for each of the ten upcoming resources.

These are times of great change, and we know that the citizens of America will make the choice that takes us further into greatness. We are now able to chart our own destiny, and America must do so from now on.

We hope that whomsoever succeeds President Frost will continue the tradition of American independence, and seek to make the country greater than it is today. PANAM is a budding alliance, and it must be protected from those who would seek to strangle it in its crib. Its survival is the survival of America.
