Vote no to grain taxes!!!

Import tax for grain isn't very good.
We should keep them low, until we don't know what is coming.
All our stocks are going to be lower and lower by day and day. This won't end good if we put high import taxes. No grain companies won't sell their products here. We are in very deep S*it.
Think wisley when proposing something.
THB isn't very strong at the moment so we have to collect some money, not to waste it just. Think, before buying anything. This is just beginnig. Everything can go worser then it's now. Save your money.

hmmm... this time i might agree import taxes for raw materials should be low, at least until we will be able to produce our own.
Now is not the time to tax the grain industry, this will simply drive up all costs, espicially when our industry is simply trying to develop.
I hate to say it but I agree. If we had managed to use the government to properly help our raw materials grow I would say now is the time to raise the import taxes on them, but since we don't have a plan for implementing raw material (and the admins were nice enough to not to actually help implement raw materials on our side) we may need to import grain at least for the duration.
It's a bit of a balancing act that is required - on one hand we need there to be sufficient grain to provide for the nation while the grain companies are building, but, on the other hand, we need to get our grain companies going and providing enough grain for the whole country, and this would be best done by restricting imports on foreign grain.
My preference would be to set low but reasonable import taxes on grain, so that there would be incentive for food companies to buy Thai grain, but not so high that they would be unable to bear the cost of importing grain should it be needed.
We can always increase taxes once they are running. Currently the admins seem to be helping out but I don't trust them to do anything right.
