V for Victory: SoD and Infrastructure Initiative

I'd like to present my choice for Secretary of Defense to you, America. That man is GoalieBCSC, former President of the United States, Acting President of the USA, JCS member (Mobile Infantry), Comptroller General, a former NSC Chairman, and all around bad-ass.



Goalie, as we all know, is a quiet guy, but that doesn't keep him from being efficent and managing his resources effectively. During his Presidency, he was often criticized for not being vocal enough, but I'd like to say in his defense, he was extremely active on irc and did the majority of the button pushing, most of any President since Cerb.

The most important aspect of the Secretary of Defense's job is management, and implementation and execution of ideas. It is in this regard that Goalie will be an excellent SoD. Our military system is riding high. However, there are parts that need overhauling. OMS has been a contentious issue as of late, and I'm going to have Goalie and Sgt Rock look into the matter. Ideas tossed around include tying funding to damage or some variation of that. In addition, the USAF is never done improving, and Goalie will bring fresh ideas to that.



Secondly, Evry and Ralph Ericson's DoD Series on American Military groups will be continued and finished, as Evry has informed me that they won't be able to finish that up by election day. I believe its a great idea, and lets us all show pride in our units. We might not all get along, but at least we all agree Ajay is crazy and Serbs need to die.



Finally, and most importantly, I have a major policy initiative. I just proposed this to Congress, as well. With the recent change to land and companies, Q4 fRM and wRM companies cost 8500 USD. Our CBO is currently flush with cash due to wise spending habits under the last 7 months, and currently have lots of USD. However, what never increases is the amount of gold we have. Due to our weak peg (due to the bot), we are unable to accumulate gold like we did long ago.

What I propose will use some of that money for a LONG TERM good, and even recoup some gold. The policy is thus:

Military Group A has 5 Q3 wRM companies (Aluminum Mines, I believe). Many people still have these from the transition long ago. Military Group A dissolves the mines, sends the 5 gold received to the CBO. The CBO, in return, sends 8500 USD to that military group, which makes a salt peter mine (Q4 wRM). I'm just using wRM as an example. FRM is also accepted and encouraged.



There are of course conditions to this program. Many individuals lend their companies to their units because they are patriotic. In order to qualify, your CO must confirm that it is used as a wRM supplement (basically if you send the unit wRM). You must screenshot your company list.

You also must belong to any unit greater then 40 people that is not banned from getting OMS funding. Which is everyone except Ajay's group. The reasons for 40 people is so individuals don't abuse this, the point isn't to make the person more money, the point is to make more RM so more tanks can be made so more Serbs can be killed.

I hope you all look this over and contribute to it. I feel like it is a great way to invest in everyone, keeping American might dominant in years to come.
