Tratado con Portugal [ES/EN]

El gobierno venezolano informa que tras varios días de negociación, hemos firmado un acuerdo con Portugal acerca de la renta de las tres regiones que actualmente ocupan, bajo las siguientes condiciones:

1) 25000 VEB mensuales por las tres regiones
2) El acuerdo durará dos meses, siendo liberadas las tres regiones a partir del 21 de cada mes y reconquistadas por Portugal a partir del 27. De esta forma Venezuela podrá tener Congreso.
3) Los pagos serán los días 5 de cada mes, en este caso específico los pagos han sido planificados para el 5 de octubre y 5 de noviembre, respectivamente.

Este tratado es fruto de una negociación trilateral entre Portugal, Eslovenia y Venezuela, donde también se firmó un NAP y TW con Eslovenia que será prontamente publicado.

The Venezuelan Government inform about the sign of a treaty with Portugal about the rent of the 3 regions currently in possession of Portugal. The conditions are:

- 25.000cc for all 3 regions
- Durability: 2 months, being liberated all 3, from the 21 of every month and conquered back by 27 with NE. This way, Venezuela will be allowed to have Congress.
- Payment was scheduled every 5th of the month. In this specific case will be settled at 5th of October and the second one at 5th of November of 2017.

This negotiations has tripartited between Portugal, Slovenia and Venezuela, in which Slovenia also agreed a rental deal and a TW with Venezuelan Government.
