Torn between two sides.
Oraizan
Well, I'm sorry if this turns out particularily short compared to my other articles. I dont really know how much I have to say, but here goes.
Trouble
I have asked a few people if they thought I would be a good addition to the congress. I am glad to have positive responces from those few, and the few others who have told me on their own accord that I would make a good Congressman.
So why did I put the subtitle as trouble? Well...
I am alittle torn lately. Somehow it feels partly my fault for some of the things that have happened. Hizumi for one, freaking out. I feel that if I had not got involved he would still be here pushing his illogical point of view, rather then causing trouble from greece. This thought troubles me, because I want to help Japan, not hurt it.
The second would be Angrr leaving. I personally look up to Angrr as a eRepublican, and I find that he is/would be a good role-model to many of the new citizens out there. I realize it is his final decision to leave, and I should not take it personally. I am not exactly, I just feel that him leaving is somewhat partly my fault aswell (for going against Akki).
With this state of mind being torn between the good and bad, I am un-sure of where I stand and what I should do. I have considered dis-continueing my voice in discussions, but there are people who apparently like to hear what I have to say. I have also considered running for congress, and just accept that the bad is done and I can't change it now but continue on.
As congress elections appraoch I have to soon prepare myself and decide.

Kokawa Jinja
Koka has recently made a organization for gift giving, to help those with low wellness. From what I know the company will be funded by donations. I myself has dropped in 1GOLD, and plan to give more after my next milestone. Also Tohru and JackChurchill have dropped in some donations. I ask anybody who has the extra JPY (small donations add up, 1JPY can make a difference) after buying their own food, to donate atleast a small ammount towards this worthy cause, and allow Koka's capable hands to do the rest.
I am very glad to see the community starting to slowly be more active, and work towards a better eJapan for everybody! This organization is proof that we are becoming a better eJapan, despite all the political issues.
Thank you very much Koka!
eSweden
I have announced myself as the Japanese Ambassador to sweden in my previous post today (to sweden only). Hopefully we can build up a great relationship between eJapan and eSweden, despite war problems. I have began finding the more popular newspapers, and subscribing to them, aswell as actively doing my best to check local news as much as possible. I cannot promise to post about Sweden everyday, but I will do my best to get as much interesting news as possible.
I have also contacted some of the government, introducing myself to them and
Today the Newspaper has been very busy, and with that said I have created a new post in the eSweden thread VIA private fourm.

I know we are not Sweden, but I would like to keep eJapan informed on Swedens situation aswell. If you would like to comment about what I have posted in the private fourm, feel free to do so here.

I have also taken the time to update some places, and let the eRep world know a bit more about myself. I have edited my Wiki aswell as updating my profile in the private eJapan fourm.
I have found that the IRC and fourm are becoming more and more active, and on that note I would like to once again encourage more people to join in.

Thank you to all that have read my article
My love goes out to eJapan, in hope of success!

(My quote goes out to all those un-voiced, and new)
If I were required to guess off-hand, and without collusion with higher minds, what is the bottom cause of the amazing material and intellectual advancement of the last fifty years, I should guess that it was the modern-born and previously non-existent disposition on the part of men to believe that a new idea can have value.

You would make a fine congressman (woman) and should certainly run in the next election.
eJapan needs active citizens who are not afraid too voice their opinions and follow the path that they think is right.
I do not think that anything anyone did would have stopped the Hizumi situation - it was waiting to happen.
As for me, I am leaving for my own reasons. If you disagree with the government, it is your right to be vocal. It had no effect upon my decision.
Thanks a lot Angrr, hearing that means a lot.
well if im in your district id vote for you but hey the try will be worth it and you would do great in congress and getting your opinion and views heard
whatever happens make sure to have fun
I dont want to quit, I just... dont want to hurt eJapan. But you are right, if I stop now it would be much like quitting wouldn't it.
Thanks Mage, thats pretty deep.
@Anon- You really think so? I dont think people really listen to me.
Don't worry about the whole Hizumi issue. I also was a part of that debacle and based on how he responded to everything most people said he would have left at a later date after alienating a far larger number of people than he managed to.
I think you should take note that out of everyone who made comments here, and from what you said about all the responses from when you sent out messages to people, everything has been positive. That should be a major clue that you have a lot of support. As for whether or not people will listen, the most anyone can do is try.
I realize that its not directly my fault, and Hizumi is pretty messed up to do it. But what Hizumi is doing hurt's eJapan's image, and this is something I feel like MAYBE we could have changed, maybe not. I'm unsure I guess.
Yea, people have been saying nice comments. Thanks Cadeus.
One day you would make a great president
President? I dont think I am anywhere near ready for that kind of position.
I definitely think you should run for Congress. You clearly are active and engaged in what is going on in Japan, and have a good sense of things. Don't worry about things you can't control, just work toward making things better for the world around you 🙂
Awe thanks Musa! Come in IRC more often!
I hope I can help eJapan if I run.
"eJapan needs active citizens who are not afraid too voice their opinions and follow the path that they think is right."
That is very true, my friend. One must follow the sacred path to enlightenment.
Japannnnnn! We're COMING! 😆
Coming to get an ass whoopin' again?
I recognize that you try a lot for eJapan. But I think that it is a problem that you act very emotionally. You must stay calm in politics.
Good luck.
@Stammy: Thanks, lets hope for the best!
@Tohru: Haha, way to go.
@Hizumi: Thanks for the opinion. I think how I act here on eRep does not hurt eJapan. In fact I think that in some way it is helping eJapan. If I change how I act now just because I get into congress I wont be myself, and I wont be keeping eRep lively. I dont think I have helped eJapan as much as Angrr or Akki, but I think I have given it something special with my personality.
I dont think I'm very emotional in politics though. I run on my emotions yes, and which side I feel is write or wrong. I dont exactly take things personally. Like the fact that you ignore me 99% of the time; I dont care, I think its pretty funny.
First off, put down the black nail polish.
Second, use spell/grammar check. There are a lot of free ones out there.
Third, grow up.
Thanks for the article.
That is all.
Black nail polish? If that was supposed to be an emo pun, it wasnt very funny.
Second; English is not my first language, and I would say my english is pretty good for somebody who knows more languages then many people.
Third, I have and I am. Consiering your comment, I would say much more then yourself.
@Rakuto
Is it any wonder why you don't have friends? With comments like that, you aren't apt to sow the seeds of friendship anywhere...
Yay, my Hero speaks! Its okay though, I was prepared for negative comments 😁.
oh my 😶
Ehm, Hello? Whats up?
oh dang, after reading the black nail polish comment i've just realized the loli goth culture is under represented in ejapan. please fix.
Loli goth? I'm not emo or gothic people. In Japan someone told me I was 'Japanese-Stylish' Fashion. So... quit the gothic insults.
What's wrong with her English? She only misses small things like 'then' versus 'than' and compound sentence structure.
