A story by an anonymous guy

"Yesterday I was on a date with my girlfriend Ana, a 22 years old lady from my town. She is short, bony and looks young, exactly the opposite of me. I am tall and chubby, I seem to be 45 but my actual age is 33. I took her to a fancy restaurant named "The Holy Sea". As having a table there on Friday night is nearly impossible, I ordered a table in advance two months ago. Soon after we found our table I kissed Ana and told her quietly I love her and that I have planned a big surprise for her tonight. She told me she feels uncomfortable as some people were looking at us. I looked over the other tables and noticed angry eyes, then I stood up and sai😛 "Is there any problem?". A second later the barman shouted "Pedophile! Don't you dare touch her!". The other guests looked at me in disgust. Ana and I were trying to explain the guests that we are just another couple. When she said our age no one believed us. Some guy even took his phone and called the police. The owner of the restaurant asked me to leave. I couldn't take it anymore so I grabbed Ana's hand and told her we are going somewhere else where we could be alone without others criticizing us, but soon after the security guy took my hands and handcuffed me. Ana started to cry. It was the first time tears were coming out of her eyes since we met. 5 minutes later the police arrived. They questioned me and Ana in the smoking room. When they finally released us we went back to the entrance. The Chef asked us to stay so we did. He then served us a Dick shaped cake with the caption: "Pedophile". At this moment I was filled with anger so I took the cake and threw it on the ground. Ana said she wants to go home. "Good idea, lets go home" I said.

Why is our society acts like this? Why can't someone love a younger person? I do not understand it. So what if I am 33 and she is 22? If we love each other age doesn't matter! She chose me, and I chose her. We have the right to manage our life as we want! She is not a little kid anymore. Well one thing is sure, they completely spoiled our 9th anniversary! Idiots ..."
