I posted this link, it is just getting around the DNS issues the forums is having, it is the same forum as before.
You don't have to hack the hosts file!

its legit, and both editing the hosts file and following this link will lead you to the same forum. Still no news on when the domain will be up and running again, but it should be soon hopefully.

My anti-phising and viral software is bringing it back as "harmful". Any Idea's on why that is happening?

Just add it to the white list, it is obviously not harmful, it is just the same forums as before, coming of the same server as before.
It is most likely due to the way your security suite tries to detect phishing sites.
As this is a abnormal temporary fix to get around the DNS issues the forums is having, I'm not surprised that your software flags it.
I can assure you that it isn't phishing.
