i have some good ideas, i will post there here soon.
To go [mostly tongue-in-cheek] somewhat Seinfeldesque, how about a contest to identify a winning contest? Promise CC, trips, estates, etc for best suggestion.... lol.
More seriously, we need to celebrate everyday eSwiss heros: congress members who vote/comment in a positive manner; employers who keep good eSwiss productive and prosperous; publishers who inform [no dumbshit stuff here please] or entertain on a regular basis; young citizens who perform on the battlefield; und so weiter. Even citizens who frequently vote/endorse/comment positively on any number of national/friend/party/MU posts.
Make it a celebration of the common good that is the foundation of an enduring eNation in this often wacked-out game. My two cents….
