STRATEGY RULES THE WORLD.STRATEGICAL RETREAT.

Talking about warfare, one thing that is valuable to use is the strategical retreat.

Here, in erepublik everyone who was playing in v1 can remember that there was the retreat button.The president of the country that was in defence, could push the button in the end of the battle and if he was quick enough, he could "steal" the initiative and so he changed could turn the tide of the war against the attacker.The retreat button was moved out of the game after v2 from the admins in order to prevent ptos in small countries.We can remmember the famous region swaps like the one that the Phoenix alliance did with Slovenia through Italy in order to strike Phone Alps, great fortress of Poland in France.That was a great example of how a retreat button could be used.

Of course, the admins changed the warfare rules, to the worse I say.N.E. can't give the countries the peace that they want in order to reorganise, gather money and supllies to start a war or to defend themselves.And of course, now you can't steal the initiative in any circumstances.The strategy is stopped by the battle rules.

Strategical retreat now is good only because the enemy will take the region and the rh hunters will start a resistance war when the 24 hours pass after the region was qonquered and you can drain damage there.Exactrly because the rules are so ....... the rws do drain much damage because they give 16 battle hero medals and of course the campaign hero medal.

Of course, you can't do such a retreat in a country that has 3regions.It will be a disaster.But you can do a strategical retreat in a coutry that has 10 or 15 or the less 6 regions and the bonuses from the rigions are not cut off from the capital region.It is difficut to retreat from a region and it is more difficult to retreat from an original region, but this move can win the next campaign.It is not a bad move.Yeah, you'll say that there will be a great political cost but these things will be said only from players that don't know anything of warfare or they are just so cruel in politics that they don't care if their statements are wrong.

Now comes the part that is reffered to me fellow Greeks...

Λοιπόν, θα πω κάποια απλά πράγματα και όποιος έπιασεν έπιασεν.

Στην κατάσταση που βρισκόμαστε έχουμε τις εξής επιλογές.

α)Παίρνουμε το initiative αύριο με κάθε κόστος αφού θα κατακτήσουμε τη Lower Egypt και μετά πάμε με ότι έχουμε και δεν έχουμε κατά της Red Sea αφήνοντας τη Μακεδονία υπό κατοχή για να ανοίξουμε rw και έτσι να τους θέσουμε ανάμεσα στη rl μισαλλοδοξία τους και το in game όφελος και τη χτυπάμε μαζικά με υποστήριξη από την Terra αργά το βράδυ και μετά game over.

β)Τους απασχολούμε στην Ελλάδα λίγο και τσακιζόμαστε να βοηθήσουμε τους Κινέζους να τους κάνουν Ν.Ε. οπωσδήποτε για να μπορέσουμε να επιτεθούμε ταυτόχρονα και αν έχουμε τη Lower να αναγκαστούν να διαλέξουν αν θα συνεχίσουν την έφοδο στην κυρίως Ελλάδα, ή αν θα χτυπήσουν τη Lower πιθανότερο και ταυτόχρονα να πρέπει να χτυπήσουν και τους Κινέζους και κάπου εκεί θα πάρουμε μάλλον το initiative και θα χτυπήσουμε τη Red Sea.

γ)Αποτολμούμε το πιο τρελό σενάριο που λέει ότι επί 2 μέρες μαζεύουμε εφόδια και την τρίτη μέρα πάμε άπαντες στα Σκόπια και τους χτυπάμε στο rw στη Red Sea ενώ αυτοί έχουν το initiative και κουβαλούμε και φέρνουμε εδώ 2-3 βουλγαρικές μονάδες και τους παρέχουμε πλήρη εφόδια για να βαρέσουν μόνο εκεί κρατώντας χαμηλά τα bh για να προσελκύσουμε τους bh hunters και τα παίζουμε όλα για όλα όταν η ΟΝΕ θα είναι απασχολημένη στην Κροατία.

Υπενθυμίζω ότι τυχόν απώλεια της περιοχής θα σημάνει τη μείωση του damage της ΟΝΕ κατά περίπου 40 μύρια και λόγο της εκδίωξης των σκοπιανών από τη Μέση Ανατολή, η EDEN θα κερδίσει 50 μύρια damage αφού τα bonus της Μέσης Ανατολής θα προστεθούν σε Ελλάδα-Κύπρο και ταυτόχρονα οι σκοπιανοί θα απωλέσουν αυτό το damage και θα γίνουν απλά ένα παράρτημα.Επίσης οι Κινέζοι θα μπορέσουν επιτέλους να επιτεθούν στην Τουρκία εκ των όπισθεν και έτσι να μην υπάρχει κίνδυνος για τη Ρουμανία.

Και επιτέλους, ε όχι δεν πρέπει να κοιτάμε μόνο την πάρτυ μας.Αν θέλουμε οι Κινέζοι να βοηθήσουν, πρέπει να τσακιστούμε να βοηθήσουμε και εμείς.Συν Αθηνά...

Αυτά...Διαλέγουμε και παίρνουμε.Το τι παίρνουμε, θα το δείξει η πορεία XD
