scam your employees for extra profit!

You can trick employees! tell them you will give them anything they ask for. if they work for you for one dollar a day!

most people are too lazy to ask for stuff thus you profit! and look good! you are willing to give them anything it is the workers problem they do not log into the third party forum and request supplies!

the way to not scam employees this way would be to have the employees work for market wages and issues combat orders to you military unit members for any excess money you wish to give them!

ok so maybe that is too much work. hell i would not want even one person asking me daily for things, becasue well that requires me to do work .

so we need the lazy mans scam! and this will work because if i am too lazy to click a button there are probably others out there that are too lazy to click a button.

hire employees for market wages now. and store those work hours until it is profitable later to use them! and never raise the workers salary!

if you had hired a worker a year ago for 100 CC and they were too lazy to checkthe market they woul still be working for 100 CC.

this is also nice as the game has included inflaiton! medals produce cc instead of just gold. and the gold buyers are not buying enough gold to make cc worth more. so we are seeing inflaiton. thus if you hire an employee now in a week that employee will be working for less than market wage!

thus each week profit increases for every employee that is too lazy to check market wages and you profit!

so here are two ways to scam workers by taking advantage of their laziness. set up a commune or refuse to auto give them raises!

you can make huge profits this way after a few years!

warning. governemtns mayt not like foreginers scamming their employees. i have a few serbian workers working for 150 cc for me 🙂 i make 60cc each day they work profit! love my serbian slaves!

so i suspect serbia will increase min wage to just below market prices to prevent me from scamming their population!

and i suspect players will put in tickets to the admins to make min ewage effect all employees better. so that it is retro active and people cannot work if they are working for less than min wage!

but please keep allowing me to scam you because i would be sad if i had to stop making so much profit!

But what if everyone hires lots of new employees now, don't they raise the current wage even more..? 🙂

🙂 yep efficient market theory! all i have to do is tell people about the scam and they price it in such that it will not make any difference

One of the issues is that wage inflation seems to rise faster then market prices for goods. This is probably a symptom of WAM. If you pay the going labor rate you lose a ton of money especially in RM but also finished goods. There are occasional market spikes in finished goods but then you see a lot of people offloading their stockpiles that they previously would have sold at a loss.

I am at the point now where I am just stockpiling work tickets from employees to use at a future date so getting the labor now when it's cheaper to use in the future when there is a better return.

I usually have some dildo employer who thinks he can randomly decrease my wages after an X period because he somehow assumes I'm a 2-click noob that doesn't pay attention, lol.
