INGREDIENTS:

✓ salmon fillet with skin (about 200 grams per person)
✓ olive oil
✓ salt
✓ pepper
✓ lemon pieces for serving

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1. Preheat the oven. Place the baking tray in the middle of the oven, turn on the temperature of 220 degrees. Cover the baking sheet with aluminum foil.



2. Drain the salmon with a paper towel.
3. Pour a little oil on each piece of salmon and apply it with your fingers or a special brush. Sprinkle the fish with salt and pepper, do not spare the spices.



4. Place the salmon on the bottom of the baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Put in the oven.
5. If the salmon is about an inch thick, cook for four to six minutes. Baking time depends on the thickest part of the piece. A centimeter-thick piece will still have the taste of raw fish in four minutes, and bake completely in six. Fully fried salmon easily splits on a fork. Whether the fish is fried can also be checked with a special thermometer - the internal temperature must reach at least 63 degrees Celsius. Measurement is required on the thickest part of the piece.
6. Serve immediately, you can use lemon for serving.



7. Fish remains can be stored in the refrigerator for up to five days. Salmon prepared in this way can be eaten cold or easily reheated in the microwave.
