According to sources, the RoC would return 2 regions back to us after we have paid them the 150G compensation that I thought happened weeks ago.

A week or so ago, one of the regions was return. But so far, they have been refusing to return the other? What's going on? This is now the third battles, why are they hitting hard to stop this from happening?

We spend a lot of resources to launch the RWs, and to win the battles. This is unbelievable they continue to waste our and their resources and never explained themselves why they refuse to carry out the agreement.

Sigh...
