Pacto de NO agresión entre Lituania, Bolivia y Paraguay

A través del siguiente documento, se dispone un cese de hostilidades entre los tres países firmantes, que se traducen en las siguientes condiciones:

Artículo 1°.- Tanto Lituania como Bolivia y Paraguay no podrán aprobar una ley de Enemigo Natural uno al otro, como así tampoco enviarán una ley de Declaración de Guerra; por el término de 30 días. La única excepción será un acuerdo público de TW por parte de ambos gobiernos.

Artículo 2°.- Luego de la Firma de Paz, se procederá a abrir Batallas de Resistencia (RW) en las siguientes regiones: Beni and Cochabamba, Santa Cruz y Paranena. Los gobiernos firmantes deberán dar órdenes en sus respectivos Boletines para pelear en favor de la Resistencia en las regiones anteriormente mencionadas.

Artículo 3°.- Mientras dure el presente acuerdo Lithuania retendrá siempre las regiones de Pando, Bolivian Altiplano, Tarija and Chuquisaca y Central East Chaco,

Artículo 4°.- Tanto Bolivia como Paraguay no podrán aprobar una ley de Enemigo Natural, AS y Declaración de Guerra a ningún aliado con cual lithuania tenga mpp vigente.

Artículo 5°.- como signo de buena voluntad entre las partes. Lituania y Bolivia llevarán a cabo una TW en la que cual Lituania ganara todas las directas y Bolivia ganara sus guerras de resistencia, siendo esta TW renovada los días 20 de cada mes entre los gobiernos de Lituania y Bolivia, siendo esta suspendida en caso de que Lituania asi lo requiera.; Las regiones que serán usadas para llevar a cabo la TW serían: Beni and Cochabamba, Santa Cruz y Pando

Artículo 6°.- El presente Pacto entrará en vigencia a partir del día 21/09, contando 30 días a partir del mismo. El presente documento será publicado en los Boletines Oficiales de ambos países, y su renovación quedará pendiente a negociaciones entre los gobiernos de las próximas gestiones.

Artículo 7°.- Los garantes de Bolivia, Paraguay y Andes donarán 1.000.000 de cc a "Lietuvos Taupomasis Bankas" que se mantendrán allí como garantía de que se mantenga el presente acuerdo,. si el Pacto de No Agresion va según lo previsto, al final del vencimiento de este (si no se extiende el presente NAP) Lituania devolverá la cantidad mencionada a sus legítimos propietarios, de lo contrario Lituania mantendrá la moneda como compensación.

Through the following document, there is a cessation of hostilities between the three signatory countries, which translate into the following conditions:

Article 1.- Both Lithuania and Bolivia and Paraguay will not be able to approve a law of Natural Enemy one to the other, nor will they send a War Declaration law; for the term of 30 days. The only exception will be a public TW agreement by both governments.

Article 2 .- After the Peace Sign, Battles of Resistance (RW) will be opened in the following regions: Beni and Cochabamba, Santa Cruz and Paranena. The signatory governments must issue orders in their respective Bulletins to fight for the Resistance in the regions mentioned above.

Article 3.- For the duration of the present agreement, Lithuania shall always retain the Pando, Bolivian Altiplano, Tarija and Chuquisaca and Central East Chaco regions,

Article 4 .- Both Bolivia and Paraguay will not be able to approve a law of NE, AS and DoW to any ally with which lithuania has mpp in force.

Article 5 .- as a sign of goodwill between the parties. Lithuania and Bolivia will carry out a TW in which Lithuania won all the direct and Bolivia will win their wars of resistance, this TW being renewed on the 20th of each month between the governments of Lithuania and Bolivia, being suspended in case Lithuania so requires.; The regions that will be used to carry out the TW would be: Beni and Cochabamba, Santa Cruz and Pando

Article 6 .- The present Covenant will become effective as of 20/09, counting 30 days from the same. This document will be published in the Official Bulletins of both countries, and its renewal will remain pending negotiations between the governments of the next steps.

Article 7 .- Guarantors of Bolivia, Paraguay and Andes will donate 1,000,000 cc to “Lietuvos Taupomasis Bankas” which shall be kept there as guarantee that they will keep agreement promises, in case agreement would be broken. if agreement goes as planned , by the end of agreement(if agreement is not extended) Lithuania shall return mentioned amount back to its rightful owners, otherwise Lithuania shall keep currency as compensation
