Mudd for SFP PP

Day 3,702, 01:19 Published in USA Pakistan by Dio Mudd

Greetings, ladies and gentlemen. Harcourt Fenton Mudd here, and today I'd like to announce my candidacy for SFP Party President.

My platform is built on two simple ideas: anti-blacklisting and election reform.

Anti-blacklisting doesn’t need any explanation. As PP, I will do everything in my power to remove the restrictions on blacklisted and censured members. All members of the party should be allowed to participate in the democratic process – no exceptions.

As for election reform: I want to lessen the importance of the forum. So, instead of elections being held solely on said forum, they will also be held in the party feed. During the appropriate times, member will be able to announce their desire to run for Congress and/or vote for the candidates of their choosing all via the already built-in party feed. Revolutionary, I know. I will also frequently post ongoing election data in the feed, i.e., who’s running, the number of votes each candidate currently has, who voted for who, etc. Plus, after the election is over, I’ll put all of that information into an article for archiving and transparency purposes.

As for everything else: I’ll do everything I can to ensure programs continue to run as is, and the special projects of certain members will still continue to get party support. Cabinet members will be decided the day after the election.

LONG LIVE THE SOCIALIST FREEDOM PARTY! DOWN WITH THE ELITES!

Your humble Harambist,

Harcourt Fenton Mudd
