Militiamen!

The combined forces of our side have made the wall in Black Earth rise by more than 40 000 points. Despite of this we expect the Romanians to break it tomorrow. But do not keep fighting for it! Make them waste their resources. Make their economy bleed another thousand gold.

The real and only decisive battle is for Western Siberia. It's where we have our Q5 Hospital. Without it, we are practically lost. Western Siberia must not fall to Romanian fascists!

Save your health, and your guns for the upcoming battle. Fight wisely!

Health and guns will be distributed.

Non-militiamen will also receive guns, but remember that we aren't part of the Russian army, thus militiamen will receive guns first.
