Lead By Example ( JD for RI )

I am sure you have already read about how to free yourself from your own boundaries in Erepublik.

Now, you must LEAD BY EXAMPLE!


Where do I start?


Got ideas? Like someone else's ideas? Run with them...

- Help organize them.

- Show a different approach.

- Add additional concepts to enhance them.

Take a role and run with it. Raise the benchmark, your own and theirs. Make it better than was ever imagined before....this is the beauty of Erepublik. It is your PERSONAL SANDBOX. Mechanics play a role, but don't let them hinder your progress.





HOW you do it is as important as WHAT you do!



How you chose to lead will tell people a lot about you...


- Be transparent - Don't be shady. If you make a deal, keep it. If you support someone/something, show it. Don't make backroom deals, backstab, or be two-faced. You will earn renown for either way you choose.

- Be aware of others - This means their time, feelings, and resources. Reciprocate and appreciate any and all things that are sent your way. Become a user, and you will get what you have given....nothing.

- Surround yourself with people who are your chosen associates - You will be judged by the company you keep. Work with cheaters, you might as well be one. Associate with success, it may garner you some.

- Own up to your mistakes - If you make a mistake, don't play the blame game. Take the criticism and make sure you do what you can to not repeat the same mistake. Also, when you know someone who made a mistake, be constructive with your criticism. Trolling, flaming, and name calling will only make YOUR next mistake worse.



Lead by example, and others will be drawn to you to do the same!
