For a number of years the UK Government have administered and approved the creation and running of the National Health Service (NHS). Some of you might not realise this but all UK players under level 35 are entitled to 1,000 energy of free food every single day!
The Real Spamicans recently pushed through some funds in Congress for social activity initiatives proposed by Huey and AMD. We were alarmed to see however that the administrators of MoD and the NHS felt like they weren’t able to keep up with demand. Worry not! TRS is here to help.
Gov subsidies and care packages are firmly supported by the Spamicans, free food for newer players - who could oppose this? Nobody. Unfortunately when we hear from newer players it has become obvious that none of them have ever heard of it. What you are reading could well be the first article published about the NHS in years.
So… With no articles being published, few messages in the feeds, and ministers struggling to deliver, the NHS is running, but not enough players know about it.It is a hospital without patients - very efficient, but not benefitting the wider eUK. This is not an attack on the Government or those who administer the NHS but simply a matter of fact. If this scheme is to be seriously organised then we need to talk about …
… The Solution.
There is light at the end of the tunnel! TRS has ran on platforms of activity and has a lot of people-power to roll out initiatives. Spamicans prioritise activity and player retention and as such we are officially launching Bupa. Similar to the NHS but as the cabinet is not set to change some TRS well-wishers are stepping in to administer a private scheme.
This new initiative will be funded, organised and promoted by members of TRS. If it is successful we will look to expand and identify new funding sources (if you want to back us get in touch!).
Bupa will extend and enhance the provision of the NHS by supplying free food to all players level 50 and under regardless of whether they are already claiming NHS energy. There is no requirement to be in any political party or MU, every player under level 50 will be given the equivalent of 1,000 energy and 10 Q7 weapons every single day.
This is not designed to rival what the NHS is doing but to offer more publicity for both projects. When it comes to supporting new players the more we are doing the better.
How do I join?
We are a proactive organisation and we will be contacting and emailing newer players that we see who are online. However if you are an eUK citizen who is under level 50 and would like to join Bupa then please message our Director Mr Immanuel Kant (MIK) and he will be in touch with your food and more information.
What do I get?
You will receive the equivalent of 1,000 energy and 10 Q7 weapons a day each week. You will receive it for six months after signing up if you remain active.
How Can I Help?
This project, we hope, will grow player retention and better support newer players. If you would like to help support our vision we are always looking for helpers. If you are passionate about our project please do get in touch, we are always looking for volunteers to help us distribute the food, write articles and communicate with new players.

One small comment:- The Gov have not been administering the NHS. I have since Maddy has taken leave of absence.
I do however claim a supply from Huey which is funded by an original legacy.

Thanks for the clarification, I know it was founded by Talon (years ago), it was still Govt organised when I ran it but had become somewhat independent.
I didn’t know whether as Minister for Education you had combined both roles and brought it in house again.
I have directed a few of the players we supply already to the NHS so hopefully there will be greater intake with you too!

Without doubt, providing support for younger players is a good thing to do
But WHY launch it as a Party Political initiative - particularly when we have existing Government structures to aid junior eUK citizens?
Because it's being run and organised by the party maybe? Plus if you scroll up you'll see that the NHS isn't been organised by the government according to the guy running it.

I would question why this particular activity needs to be politicised - I feel much more comfortable with a neutral pan-party initiative.
The NHS may currently be running without Government funding, but when it was set up (in October 2008 by JerryGFL), it certainly was a central part of Government policy, with funding.

I fully support a cohesive and effective eUK Government, based upon a stable multi-party structure.
I oppose any party who take the 'We are great - everyone else is rubbish' approach; this is exactly the strategy employed by the Nazi Party in early 1930s Germany and more recently by Putin in Russia!

Please don't get angry that a party is wanting to help people out. Why should we make something neutral for you when it's been organised by people in the party? Why can't we be proud of the work we're doing? And to stoop so low as to compare having fun and helping people to N*zism. On a web browser game. Grow up and think about what you're saying. I was highlighting how a single party (or individual) can use aggressive campaigning to suppress opposition and seize power.
I am very much in support of reasoned and balanced debate with collective decision making - with input from ALL members of Congress - not just a noisy few.
So you're just upset you didn't get given credit for an idea that wasn't yours and therefore compared the people who did come up with the idea Nazis? Got it. Makes sense. You seem sane.

The aim of wanting to help out is great - but why set up an EXCLUSIVE structure to do it?
Would it not be better to concentrate on an INCLUSIVE structure that we can all participate with?
What's stopping you from taking part? We've already had donations from outside the party and signups from other parties as well. Don't let your own bias hold you back. Be kinder.

Bit confused by your message, Bupa supports all citizens from any party and none. We are a party initiative because you need active people willing to start a project like this (and the Spamicans were willing to help me).
Since our launch we have received donations from nearly all Spamicans but some have come from those in other parties.
As I literally said in the article (which you have clearly read) "If you would like to help support our vision we are always looking for helpers. If you are passionate about our project please do get in touch"
